Self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a responsibility. It isn’t defined by how much you spend but by how intentionally you care for yourself. For one woman, self-care may be a spa day or a massage. For another, it may be taking a morning walk, reading a book, cooking a nourishing meal, coloring, praying, journaling, or moving her body through Pilates, yoga, boxing, or the gym. There is no perfect formula for wellness. The goal isn’t to fit into someone else’s routine but to discover what restores you mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
